Basic Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 0-10 years of experience.

  • Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

  • Shifts: Ability to work in a 24/7 environment, including night shifts, based on business requirements.

  • Weekly Off: Rotational two-consecutive days off (5-day working week with 2 consecutive days off).

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using a desktop/laptop, internet browsers, Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook, and MS Office.

  • Home Setup: Ensure a home environment free from background noise, with a reliable internet connection (minimum 20 MBPS), and access to a mobile phone.

  • Power Backup: Have power backup in case of power shutdown.

  • Location: Candidates based in Hyderabad should apply.

  • Information Security: Willingness to adhere to data security policies.

  • Ergonomic Furniture: Consideration for health with the suggestion to have an ergonomic chair and desk as your workspace.
