Roles and Responsibilities:

Quality service maintenance by enforcing standards, analyzing and resolving client problems, and recommending system improvements.
Objectives definition, identification, and evaluation of trends and options, choosing a course of action, and evaluating outcomes.
Systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards development, coordination, and enforcement.
Accomplishment of staff results through communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Adherence to compliance and generation of control reports.
Statutory reporting generation as per country requirements.
Active participation in internal/external audits for Audit Management.
Escalation management.
Generation of scheduled/ad-hoc reports.
