Position Spotlight: Customer Service Representative

This role extends beyond the conventional job description, emphasizing the vital role these individuals play in crafting unforgettable learning experiences, supporting the growth of new team members, and elevating the overall standard of customer service.

Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Global Collaboration: Collaborate with diverse teams worldwide to create learning experiences that resonate and foster the growth of new team members.

  2. Engaging Training Delivery: Deliver training materials through dynamic presentations and facilitated activities, ensuring an immersive and effective learning environment.

  3. Proactive Learning Advocacy: Proactively share best practices and seek assistance when needed, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

  4. Accountability and Responsibility: Take ownership of your work, managing follow-up sessions for agents who require additional support.

  5. Advocacy for Learners: Be a dedicated advocate for learners, ensuring that the provided learning experiences meet high-quality standards.

  6. Needs Assessment and Design: Perform unbiased needs assessments and design activities or projects to address identified gaps.

  7. Evaluation and Impact: Design and support evaluation models that provide stakeholders with insights into the impact and success of learning sessions.

  8. Passion for Growth: Capture new agent training requirements and exhibit a genuine passion for the growth and development of agents and the site as a whole.

Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Excellent in English language skills (C1 & C2 Level)
  • Strong stage presence in facilitation and public speaking
  • Proficiency in GSuite tools (Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Forms)
  • Commitment to staying current with learning theories and models
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to conduct evaluation and impact checks
  • Strong recommendations from Leadership and a commendable performance record
  • Experience in designing and facilitating learning initiatives considered an advantage
  • Knowledge or experience working in Agile viewed as an additional advantage
  • Candidates with email & chat experience, coupled with gaming exposure, enjoy a distinctive advantage.

Beyond the Role: Customer Support Specialist Responsibilities

In addition to the dynamic role of a Customer Service Representative, our team members also take on the responsibilities of resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities.
