Job Overview:

As a Process Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through efficient handling of data processes. Whether you’re a graduate or have a background in Nursing or any health science-related field, Cognizant welcomes you to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Business/Customer Focus:

  • Strive for the highest customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve issues and queries promptly.
  • Maintain business controls as per requirements.

Data Processes:

  • Respond to data requests and generate client-specified reports.
  • Articulate and communicate effectively with clients and end-users.

Claims, RCM, and Member Services:

  • Process claims and enrollments with the highest accuracy.
  • Support the team in achieving SLA and TAT targets.
  • Ensure adherence to quality metrics defined by customers.

Voice Processes:

  • Make and answer calls to customers within agreed time frames.
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate department following guidelines.

Project/Process:

  • Develop a complete understanding of procedures.
  • Adhere to transaction processing timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with audit requirements.
  • Set productivity and quality benchmarks.

Medical Management:

  • Receive, log, and file reports, client charts, and other documents.
  • Prepare and assign cases with the highest accuracy.
  • Follow up on pending claims and initiate necessary steps.

Claims, RCM, Provider Services, and Member Services:

  • Input and process data accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Manage benefits documentation and coding.
  • Verify data through approved sources.
  • Process enrollment documents with zero critical errors.

People/Team:

  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Complete mandatory assessments and certifications.
  • Align individual goals with team objectives.
  • Build and maintain a cohesive cross-organization team ethos.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Claims processing expertise.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Customer service in the healthcare industry.
