You are not just an engineer; you are the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. Your clientele spans internal teams like Network Engineers, Systems Engineers, Software Developers, Database Engineer role, and Technical Operations, as well as external entities such as Hardware Vendors, Contractors, and Service Providers. In-Depth Responsibilities: More than Just Troubleshooting

Technical Mastery
The role demands a solid understanding of Linux/Unix Administration and hands-on experience in Server Hardware Troubleshooting. From the intricacies of server booting processes (POST, BIOS, PXE, Kickstart, GRUB/LILO, RAID) to navigating network protocols (TCP/IP, Ethernet, L2/L3 technologies), your technical prowess will be put to the test daily.
