Core Responsibilities in the NCR Recruitment Drive 2024 Position:

Develop, implement, document, and support high-quality, robust software applications.
Apply expertise to create software solutions that meet the highest standards.
Maintain availability of hosted solutions and conduct site monitoring activities.
Ensure seamless operation and proactively monitor hosted solutions.
Exceed all internal and external SLAs for initial response and resolution time.
Prioritize and surpass service level agreements for timely responses and issue resolution.
Craft clean, easily maintainable, well-tested code using rigorous continuous delivery methodologies, including automated functional and non-functional testing.
Adhere to best practices in coding, testing, and continuous delivery to ensure application reliability.
Contribute to software design and documentation.
Actively engage in the design process and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Participate as an active member on an agile team working on a highly visible project.
Collaborate within an agile team environment on impactful projects.
Fulfill all development obligations in alignment with the product backlog and acceptance criteria.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
0-3+ years of prior experience in a software development capacity as a software developer.
Demonstrate a robust mastery of C++, coupled with a sound understanding of the language specification. Additionally, showcase expertise in crafting native modules for high-level languages like Node.js and Python.
Good to have knowledge and utilization of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GITlab, SonarQube.
Understanding of TDD and experience writing automated unit tests.
Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
Agile Scrum experience.
Experience in software development lifecycle management.
Self-motivated with a success-driven attitude.
